- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped celery optional, for crunch
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise adjust to your preference
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce/chilli sauce or 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped pickles or relish optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, for extra tang
- Coriander leaves
- Pepper
- 6 slices of bread white, whole wheat, or any bread you prefer
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped boiled eggs, Greek yoghurt, chilli sauce, onions, coriander leaves, lemon juice and pepper.
