Ingredients
200gchocolatechopped (dark or semi-sweet)
30gunsalted butter
1tspinstant coffee
1tbspsugar
Pinchof salt
125mlof cream
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chopped chocolate, sugar, unsalted butter, instant coffee, cream and salt.
Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate melts.
Let it cool slightly before using.

Double boil method
Fill a saucepan with about 1-2 inches of water and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
Place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan, ensuring it doesn’t touch the water (this setup is the double boiler).
Add the chopped chocolate, cream, butter, instant coffee powder, sugar and salt to the bowl.
Stir gently as the chocolate begins to melt, ensuring it combines smoothly with the cream.
Once fully melted and smooth, remove the bowl from the heat.
