Instructions

Whip the Coffee Mixture

  • Combine equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water (usually 2 tablespoons each) in a bowl. Using a whisk, hand mixer, or stand mixer, whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks and becomes fluffy and airy.
  • Fill a glass with chilled or warm milk, depending on your preference. Add ice cubes if making it cold.
